A two bedroom semi detached chalet adjacent to the main Oakbank Farm buildings. Sea views across the bank of oak trees and out into Lamlash Bay and on towards Holy Isle.
The front door leads into the entrance porch with access to the living room, bedroom 2 and the large bathroom. The bathroom has a low level wc, a bath with electric shower over and a towel rail radiator. The living room has colour TV and a DVD player.
It has an extra wide doors throughout giving ample wheelchair access to all rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster and all crockery/utensils. There are ample storage units and worktops.
The kitchen window gives views across the bank of oak trees and out into Lamlash Bay and on towards Holy Isle.The property has full central heating with an electric boiler running economy 10.

Bedroom 1 (double) is off the lounge with a radiator and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has one double and one single bed and built in wardrobes.
Bed linen, heat and power are included in the price and towels are available for hire.

The bungalow has a large patio door facing the views with a covered porch with outdoor garden furniture and a small well maintained garden. There is a gate giving immediate access to our large playing field tennis court and access to the drying area.
Well behaved pets are accepted by arrangement in all properties except the Apartment (we charge £15 for 1 dog, £5 for additional dogs). Dogs must be kept on a leash while in the grounds of Oakbank Farm as we have free range livestock. We offer free range eggs for sale (when available)
